Men’s Essentials Liberated wants you to enjoy our everyday Aromatherapy Candles, all day. For best use, please follow the care instructions below…
- Trim your wick to ¼ of an inch before each use. This will ensure a safe, even and steady burn.
- For first time use, allow your candle to burn for 2-4 hours; until wax melts across the entire surface of your jar
- Important: Trim the candle wick after each burn. To prevent the candles from burning the sides of the glass. Also it will greatly increase the life burn of the candles.
- For your safety and to preserve the aroma of your M.E.L. & CO. Aromatherapy candle, do not burn your candle more than 4 hours at a time.
- Extinguish candle with a snuffer to smother the flame. Do not blow out. Blowing out leaves a smoky aroma. Do not cover with lid to smother smoke because it can trap the smoke changing the original aroma of the candle
- To extend the life of the candle, always store in a cool dry place. Avoid placing your candle in sunlight or harsh indoor lighting. M.E.L. & CO. candles are made from natural soy, as a result you may see a creamy or uneven textureafter your burns. This is a natural effect of our dye free, clean burn wax.
- Do not burn your candle all the way down. Always leave at least 1/4th inch of wax at the bottom. (This should be a common safety practice with all your candles.)
- Always burn your candles within sight.
